The department shall provide support services to enhance recipients’ participation in the EPSDT program, including, but not limited to:

1. (a) Inter- or intra-departmental coordination of programs;
2. (b) Providing information to recipients about other available community services;
3. (c) Making recipient referrals to human service agencies or social services, as requested by the recipient or as appropriate; and
4. (d) Assisting the recipient with accessing health care or dental services.
