1. (a) If the employer group health plan does not cover the full range of medicaid services, the medicaid recipient shall receive wrap-around services through fee-for-service medicaid.
2. (b) Non-medicaid eligible family members, covered by the employer group health plan, shall not be eligible to receive wrap around services.
