1. (a) The following rules shall not apply to the HHCP when providing community health services:

   1. (1) He-P 809.14 (b), The Home Care Patients Bill of Rights; and

   2. (2) He-P 809.15:

      1. a. Paragraphs (a) and (b) on contractual agreement with patients;
      2. b. Subparagraph (h)(1)a. on provision of the home care client Bill of Rights, procedures, and policies;
      3. c. Subparagraph (h)(3)e. on obtaining copies of advance directives;
      4. d. Paragraphs (i) and (j) on conducting health assessments;
      5. e. Paragraphs (n), (o), (p), and (q) on plan of care;
      6. f. Paragraph (t) on discharge plans; and
      7. g. Paragraphs (u), (v), and (w) on record-keeping requirements.
