For each machine a registrant acquires after July 31 of a year, the fee due shall be calculated by multiplying the annual fee for the machine set out in Table 4070.2 A-E by the proration factor in Table 4070.3, “Proration Factors Applicable to Fees for Certificates of Registration for Radiation or MRI Machines”.
