Complaints and Non-Compliance

Upon receiving a complaint that an individual or facility listed in He-P 3008.02(a)-(f) is not practicing in accordance with this part, the department shall:

(a) Investigate the complaint; and
(b) If founded, refer the complaint to a relevant disciplinary body, such as the New Hampshire board of medicine.
