Revocation of Licenses

(a) The department shall revoke a license in accordance with the procedures set forth in RSA 541-A:30, II, and RSA 184:77.
(b) If a license has been revoked, the bulk milk hauler shall cease operation, pursuant to RSA 184:76-a, immediately.
