- (a) An application shall be processed in accordance with RSA 541-A:29 and RSA 541-A:29-a.
(b) If the application does not contain all of the items required by He-P 2707.01, the department shall:
- (1) Deem the application incomplete; and
- (2) Notify the applicant in writing of which items are missing.
- (c) The requested items shall be submitted to the department within 30 days in order for the application to be processed.
- (d) If all the items required by He-P 2707.01 are received, the application shall be deemed to be complete.
