Effect of Denial of Application or Revocation

- (a) Any applicant who has been denied a license shall not operate as a milk plant, producer-distributor, or distributor.
- (b) If a license has been revoked, the milk plant, producer-distributor, or distributor shall cease operation immediately, pursuant to RSA 184:84.
