1. (a) A community residence shall provide services to meet the residential objectives of the individual’s ISP as outlined in the residential service plan.

2. (b) A community residence shall offer services that include assistance and instruction to improve and maintain an individual’s skills in basic daily living, personal development, and community activities such as, but not limited to:

   1. (1) Personal decision-making;
   2. (2) Personal care, household management, budgeting, shopping, and other functional skills;
   3. (3) Household chores and responsibilities;
   4. (4) Having relationships with persons both with and without disabilities;
   5. (5) Accessing a wide range of integrated community activities including recreational, cultural, and other opportunities;
   6. (6) Participating in religious services and practices of the individual’s choosing; and
   7. (7) Choosing and wearing clothing that is neat, clean, in good repair, and appropriate to the season and activity.
3. (c) A community residence shall request residents to sign out when leaving the residence for a period expected to be longer than one hour.

4. (d) The number of providers working in a community residence shall be sufficient to:

   1. (1) Meet the needs of the individuals living therein, as identified in each individual’s ISP; and
   2. (2) Provide the services required in this section.
