Appeals

(a) A provider or parent may appeal a decision made by DHHS within 10 business days of the receipt of the notification when:
1. (1) The payment has been withheld; or
2. (2) The payment amount is disputed.
(b) The request for an appeal shall be made in accordance with He-C 200.
