N.H. Code Admin. R. He-C 6438.14 – Payment of Subsidy Out-of-State

(a) Adoptive families who move out of state shall continue to be eligible for adoption subsidy payments and medical coverage if:
1. (1) The child and family’s eligibility requirements continue as described in He-C 6438.03; and
2. (2) The adoptive parents apply for medicaid on behalf of eligible children in the state to which they move.
(b) Children supported by an adoption subsidy through the non-title-IV-E funding shall continue to be eligible for NH medicaid.
