1. (a) Foster family homes shall provide substitute family life experiences for a child in a home for a planned, temporary time, in accordance with He-C 6446.

2. (b) These experiences shall include but not be limited to:

   1. (1) Care in a family environment for children who have pending petitions for, or have been adjudicated as, abused or neglected, in need of services, or delinquent;
   2. (2) Access to age and developmentally appropriate opportunities and activities that positively support the child’s education, physical, intellectual, and social needs; and
   3. (3) Opportunities to maintain contact with family and identified connections, as deemed appropriate.

3. (c) Foster family homes shall demonstrate compliance with this section and:

   1. (1) He-C 6446, Foster Family Care Licensing Requirements;
   2. (2) RSA 170-E; and
   3. (3) RSA 126-U.
