1. (a) If the application is approved, the department shall issue a YRC license to the applicant that contains the following information:

   1. (1) The YRC license number as assigned by the unit;
   2. (2) The name of the YRC owner;
   3. (3) Citations to department statutes and rules that apply to the YRC’s operation;
   4. (4) The name of the YRC;
   5. (5) The location of the YRC by street and municipality;
   6. (6) The effective date of the license; and
   7. (7) The signature of the department’s chief legal officer, or designee.
2. (b) The camp administrator or camp director shall post the YRC license in a prominent place where it is visible to interested parties, such as state and local officials and parents or legal guardians of campers, the central YRC office, or where official camp notices are posted.
