1. (a) Notice of a public hearing shall be provided:

   1. (1) On the board’s website at www.dhhs.nh.gov/tcmob; and
   2. (2) At least 10 calendar days in advance of the hearing.

2. (b) The notice in (a) above shall include, at a minimum:

   1. (1) The date, time, and location of the hearing;
   2. (2) The reason for the hearing, including the specific medical condition(s) under consideration; and
   3. (3) The date that the written comment period shall close, which shall be at least 5 business days after the hearing.
