1. (a) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of the New Hampshire department of health and human services, or his or her designee.
2. (b) “Department” means the New Hampshire department of health and human services.
3. (c) “Therapeutic cannabis medical oversight board (board)” means the entity authorized by RSA 126-X:12 to monitor and contribute to the oversight of the clinical, quality, and public health related matters of the use of cannabis for therapeutic purposes.
4. (d) “Qualifying medical condition” means “qualifying medical condition” as defined in RSA 126-X:1, IX.
