1. (a) In order to ensure client access and coverage for the entire state, specific catchment areas shall be designated pursuant to He-A 706.03(e).
2. (b) The commissioner shall approve specific providers to serve specific catchment areas.
3. (c) More than one provider may be approved for any catchment area.
4. (d) A provider may serve more than one catchment area.

5. (e) The catchment areas shall be as follows:

   1. (1) IDIP catchment area number 1 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Berlin District Court;
      2. b. Colebrook District Court;
      3. c. Gorham District Court;
      4. d. Haverhill District Court;
      5. e. Lancaster District Court; and
      6. f. Littleton District Court;

   2. (2) IDIP catchment area number 2 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Northern Carroll County District Court; and
      2. b. Southern Carroll County District Court;

   3. (3) IDIP catchment area number 3 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Laconia District Court; and
      2. b. Plymouth District Court;

   4. (4) IDIP catchment area number 4 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Claremont District Court;
      2. b. Lebanon District Court;
      3. c. New London District Court; and
      4. d. Newport District Court;

   5. (5) IDIP catchment area number 5 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Dover District Court;
      2. b. Durham District Court; and
      3. c. Rochester District Court;

   6. (6) IDIP catchment area number 6 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Concord District Court;
      2. b. Franklin District Court;
      3. c. Henniker District Court; and
      4. d. Hillsborough District Court;

   7. (7) IDIP catchment area number 7 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Auburn District Court;
      2. b. Derry District Court;
      3. c. Goffstown District Court;
      4. d. Hooksett District Court;
      5. e. Manchester District Court; and
      6. f. Merrimack District Court;

   8. (8) IDIP catchment area number 8 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Jaffrey/Peterborough District Court; and
      2. b. Keene District Court;

   9. (9) IDIP catchment area number 9 shall be the area served by the:

      1. a. Exeter District Court;
      2. b. Hampton District Court; and
      3. c. Portsmouth District Court;

   10. (10) IDIP catchment area number 10 shall be the area served by the:

       1. a. Plaistow District Court; and
       2. b. Salem District Court;

   11. (11) IDIP catchment area number 11 shall be served by the:

       1. a. Milford District Court; and
       2. b. Nashua District Court;

   12. (12) WIDIP catchment area A shall be the area served by the:

       1. a. Berlin District Court;
       2. b. Colebrook District Court;
       3. c. Gorham District Court;
       4. d. Haverhill District Court;
       5. e. Laconia District Court;
       6. f. Lancaster District Court;
       7. g. Lebanon District Court;
       8. h. Littleton District Court;
       9. i. Northern Carroll County District Court;
       10. j. Plymouth District Court; and
       11. k. Southern Carroll County District Court;

   13. (13) WIDIP catchment area B shall be the area served by the:

       1. a. Auburn District Court;
       2. b. Derry District Court;
       3. c. Dover District Court;
       4. d. Durham District Court;
       5. e. Exeter District Court;
       6. f. Goffstown District Court;
       7. g. Hampton District Court;
       8. h. Hooksett District Court;
       9. i. Manchester District Court;
       10. j. Merrimack District Court;
       11. k. Plaistow District Court;
       12. l. Portsmouth District Court;
       13. m. Rochester District Court; and
       14. n. Salem District Court; and

   14. (14) WIDIP catchment area C shall be the area served by the:

       1. a. Claremont District Court;
       2. b. Concord District Court;
       3. c. Franklin District Court;
       4. d. Henniker District Court;
       5. e. Hillsborough District Court;
       6. f. Jaffrey/Peterborough District Court;
       7. g. Keene District Court;
       8. h. Milford District Court;
       9. i. Nashua District Court;

       11. k. Newport District Court.
