Each licensee or registrant who wishes to renew their license or registration shall:

1. (a) Comply with the filing deadlines established in Hcp 401.02;
2. (b) Submit a complete application pursuant to Hcp 401.03;
3. (c) Comply with the continuing education requirements described in Hcp 402; and
4. (d) Pay the renewal fee established in Hcp 405.
