1. (a) Public comment hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media.

2. (b) The presiding officer shall place limits on the activities of the media to avoid disruption in the following ways:

   1. (1) Limit the placement of television cameras to certain locations in the hearing room; and
   2. (2) Prohibit interviews from being conducted within the hearing room during the hearing.
