§ Geo 401.02

Renewal of License

Effective Mar 24, 2017#7526, eff 7-1-01; ss by #9439, eff 3-25-09; ss by #12152, eff 3-24-17Board of Professional Geologists

Any licensee wishing to renew a license shall submit:

(a) The renewal application supplied by the board;
(b) The fee specified in Geo 305.02 (e); and
(c) The late fee of 20 percent per month if the renewal is not received by the date of expiration.
