An applicant for licensure as a professional geologist, who has met satisfactorily all the requirements of RSA 310-A and who has paid all of the fees, shall be issued a license by the board. The licensee shall be issued a license authorizing the practice of geology that shall show the name of the licensee, have a serial number, and be sealed and signed by the members of the board.
