- (a) All fees shall be paid in the form of cash, money order, bank draft, credit card or check made payable to "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire," and shall be non-refundable.
- (b) All applicants wishing to pay a fee via credit card shall complete and submit a confidential “Credit Card Sheet”, revised 10/2016.
