The Plc 200 rules shall govern the board of professional geologists with regards to all procedures for:

1. (a) Adjudicatory proceedings;
2. (b) Rulemaking submissions, considerations, and disposition of rulemaking petitions;
3. (c) Public comment hearings;
4. (d) Declaratory rulings;
5. (e) All statements of policy and interpretation;
6. (f) Explanation of adopted rules;

7. (g) Voluntary surrender of licenses; and

   1. (i) Petitions for waiver of Plc 200 rules.
