The board shall conduct its meetings in the following order:
- (a) Review and vote on the minutes;
- (b) Interviews/meetings;
- (c) Consideration of communications;
- (d) Reading, discussion, and consideration of applications;
- (e) Unfinished business;
- (f) New business; and
- (g) Adjournment.
