1. (a) The licensee shall receive continuing professional education credit for participation in peer review of a manuscript so long as:

   1. (1) The licensee was invited to do so; and
   2. (2) The review is for a manuscript to be published in a scientific journal.
2. (b) The licensee shall receive one continuing professional education credit hour per manuscript for conducting a peer review of a manuscript for a maximum of 5 per renewal cycle.

3. (c) Documentation of peer review of manuscripts shall be:

   1. (1) A photocopy of the invitation;
   2. (2) A photocopy of the review as submitted via the online journal review system; and
   3. (3) A photocopy of the letter of thanks for completing the review.
