1. (a) The licensee shall receive continuing professional education credit for participation in a peer supervision group so long as:

   1. (1) The peer supervision group consists of genetic counselors or other counseling professionals;
   2. (2) It operates according to a contract or other written guidelines that outline the rules, procedures, and expectations for member’s participation in the group; and
   3. (3) The group meets on a regular basis according to a published schedule of dates, times, and locations.
2. (b) The licensee shall receive continuing professional education of credit for every 25 hours of participation for a maximum of 2 hours per renewal cycle.

3. (c) Documentation of peer supervision groups shall be:

   1. (1) A photocopy of the contract or written guidelines for operation showing the name of the peer supervision group;
   2. (2) A photocopy of the schedule of meetings; and
   3. (3) A photocopy of the dated sign-in sheets documenting attendance.
