The following licenses shall be subject to reinstatement:
- (a) Licenses suspended pursuant to Plc 205 or Plc 206, or as a result of disciplinary action commenced pursuant to Gen 402.06(f), shall be eligible for reinstatement pursuant to Plc 312.04; and
- (b) Licenses expired for not more than one year shall be eligible for reinstatement pursuant to Plc 312.02.
