The OPLC shall renew the licenses of licensees who:

1. (a) Have submitted the completed renewal application form, the renewal fee, and supporting documents required for renewal, on or before the expiration of the license;
2. (b) Have maintained continuing competence through continuing professional education or continuing professional activity; and

3. (c) Are of good moral and professional character, as evidenced by:

   1. (1) The answers to the questions from the application form specified in Plc 308.05; and
   2. (2) Any related documents submitted pursuant to Plc 308.06.
