Applicants for license renewal shall submit the following components of the application packet:

1. (a) The completed renewal application form as specified in Plc 308.05;
2. (b) The documents described in Gen 402.03(a), but no documents proving maintenance of continuing competence; and
3. (c) The fee(s) specified by Plc 1002.18.
