Types of Initial Licensure

The OPLC shall issue one of the following 2 types of initial licenses to applicants who are eligible for them and who comply with the application procedures:

(a) Full initial licenses as set forth in Gen 304; or
(b) Provisional licenses as set forth in Gen 305.
