Disability Basis for Participation

The disabilities forming the basis for participation in TEAP shall be:
- (a) Deafness;
- (b) Being hard of hearing;
- (c) Speech impairment; or
- (d) Other inability, by reason of a physical, vision, hearing or speech disability, to readily use a standard telephone.
