All aspects of funeral directing and embalming, arranged and conducted by a funeral home, shall be conducted by a licensed funeral director or licensed funeral apprentice. Unlicensed personnel may assist in conducting a funeral service or visitation, but only in the presence of a licensed funeral director or licensed funeral apprentice.
