Except where the context makes another meaning manifest, the following words have the meanings indicated when used in this chapter:

1. (a) “Funeral home” means “funeral home” as defined in RSA 325:1, IX. The term “funeral home” also includes a chapel, which is a location at which funeral services are provided, but which does not have a preparation room.
