- (a) The board shall hold examinations through the OPLC.
- (b) Whenever the evidence presented in an application does not appear to the OPLC, in consultation with the board, to be conclusive and warranting the issuance of a license, the applicant shall be required to pass a written examination.
- (c) The applicant for examination shall pay the fee pursuant to Plc 1002.16 each time they take the examination except for the on re-examination described in (e) below.
- (d) The examination shall consist of a written examination, prepared and graded by the New Hampshire board of licensure for foresters or representatives designated by the board.
- (e) A candidate failing an examination may apply for re-examination at the expiration of 6 months and shall be entitled to one re-examination without payment of an additional fee. Subsequent re-examinations shall be granted upon payment of the re-examination fee.
