- (a) Applicants for a field trial permit pursuant to RSA 207:13 shall complete and submit the “Application for Field Trial Permit” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department’s website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
- (b) The permit fee of $9.50 shall be included with the application form when submitted to the department.
