- (a) The falconry permittee's facilities and equipment shall be inspected and certified that the facilities meet or exceed the facilities and equipment requirements specified in 50 CFR §21.82(c)(3), available as specified in Appendix II, by a department representative prior to receiving a permit.
- (b) The executive director or designated agents shall inspect the permittee's facilities, equipment, records, and raptors for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with this part. Such inspection shall be undertaken at a time agreed upon by the director or the director’s agent and the permittee.
