Permit Fee

- (a) The annual permit fee of a fixed facility open to the public shall be $100.00. The fixed facility may also include a mobile facility.
- (b) The annual permit fee for a mobile facility, which has no fixed facility open to the public, shall be $50.00.
- (c) The annual permit fee for a mobile facility that is only open to the public 5 days or less per calendar year shall be $25.00.
- (d) Out of state exhibitors who hold a USDA exhibitor’s license shall not be required to obtain an additional permit to import wildlife for these animals.
