Application for Permit to Exhibit

- (a) Applicants for a permit to exhibit shall make application subject to the penalties for making unsworn falsification under RSA 641:3.
(b) Applicants for a permit to exhibit shall provide documentation with the application that possessed
wildlife has been inspected by a veterinarian for disease, general health, and condition within the last year pursuant Fis 806.01(d).
- (c) The applicant for a permit to exhibit shall complete and submit the “Application for Permit to Exhibit Wildlife” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department’s website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
