Breeding and Sale of Wildlife

- (a) Exhibitors may sell wildlife to other licensed exhibitors.
- (b) Moose and white-tailed deer provided pursuant to Fis 804.13(a), to an exhibitor licensed under this part shall not be propagated, sold, donated, or disposed of.
- (c) Violations of (b) above shall result in the immediate loss of all moose or white-tailed deer and the loss of the exhibitor’s permit after notice and hearing in accordance with Fis 200.
