- (a) Live wildlife may be chained or tethered to buildings or other suitable anchorage when exhibiting wildlife as part of a presentation at a fixed facility by direct supervision of a qualified exhibitor.
- (b) Elephants may be chained or tethered when exhibited as part of a mobile or fixed facility.
- (c) Tethering or leashed wildlife shall only be allowed on the property of the permittee or with prior written consent of the facility where the wildlife is being exhibited.
(d) Written consent from the person accepting responsibility for the facility shall include:
- (1) Exhibitor's name and permit number;
- (2) Name of facility;
- (3) Name of the person accepting responsibility for facility; and
- (4) Date of the presentation.
- (e) A copy of the written consent shall be kept on the person exhibiting wildlife and available for inspection by any person.
