Exhibition of Wildlife

- (a) A permit to exhibit wildlife shall be required for any person offering wildlife for exhibition to the public pursuant to RSA 207:14. This permit shall allow wildlife to be viewed by the public while the wildlife are restricted to an enclosure.
- (b) There shall be no human contact with the wildlife except by the permittee or as specified in (c) below.
- (c) Exhibitors permitted to exhibit fallow deer (Dama dama) or reindeer (Rangifer tarandus) may allow human contact with the deer.
- (d) The permittee shall safeguard the public from exhibited wildlife.
- (e) Applicants for permits to exhibit venomous reptiles shall demonstrate that they have 1,000 hours of practical experience in the handling and possession of venomous species.
