Regulated Shooting Area Permit Application

- (a) Applicants for a regulated shooting area permit shall complete and submit the “Application for Regulated Shooting Area” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department’s website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
(b) For renewal of an existing regulated shooting area, the permittee shall request a renewal of the permit in writing by including on or with the application form:
- (1) The permittee’s name and address;
- (2) A statement that there have been no changes to the original application and that the operation is in compliance with all of the fish and game regulations; and
- (3) The annual report specified in Fis 808.08.
- (c) A permit fee in the amount of $150.00 shall be submitted with each application and renewal application.
