Requirements for the Taking of Certain Species

- (a) The taking of any species of wildlife from the licensed premises which is not listed on the regulated shooting area permit shall conform to all rules for such species as prescribed in Fis 300, RSA 208, RSA 209, and RSA 210.
- (b) The licensee shall provide a tag or receipt for all other wildlife taken under the regulated shooting area as identification that they were legally taken and possessed.
