Required Elements of Regulated Shooting Area Rules

Each regulated shooting area shall establish rules for the regulated shooting area including:
- (a) Shooting hours;
- (b) Qualifications for engaging in a shooting activity; and
(c) General rules for the safe operation of the area such as:
- (1) Operational hours;
- (2) Range rules;
- (3) Field safety considerations; and
- (4) Other safety requirements, as needed.
