Property Requirements

- (a) A regulated shooting area shall include no more than 500 contiguous acres.
- (b) No regulated shooting area operation shall be conducted on land less than 50 acres.
(c) Land utilized for regulated shooting area activities may be privately owned or leased provided:
- (1) The property shall be contiguous and not crossed or bisected by any public right-of-ways; and
- (2) Any lease of land shall be for a term of not less than one year from the date of application.
