Permit Requirements

- (a) Regulated shooting area permits pursuant to Fis 808.10 shall expire on December 31 of the calendar year of issuance unless sooner revoked.
- (b) A regulated shooting area permit shall be valid only for the premises described in the application.
- (c) Upon notification to the department, a regulated shooting area permit may be transferred along with a sale of a business to a new owner for the duration of that license provided all requirements and conditions of the license shall be met.
