Permit to Propagate

- (a) The applicant for a permit to propagate wildlife shall complete and submit the “Application to Propagate Wildlife” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department’s website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
(b) Permittees requesting renewal of a propagation permit shall submit:
- (1) A census listing of the number and species of wildlife in possession at the time of renewal; and
- (2) Documentation that the wildlife have been inspected pursuant to Fis 806.01(d).
- (c) A permit fee in the amount of $30.00 shall be submitted with each application or renewal application.
