- (a) The permittee shall file an annual report with the executive director within 30 days of the expiration date of the permit or at the time of renewal.
- (b) The permittee shall complete and submit the “Propagation of Wildlife Report” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
- (c) The permittee shall notify the department in writing within 5 business days of any unexplained diseases or deaths occurring in wildlife possessed under a permit to propagate wildlife.
- (d) Records of reporting required under (b) above shall be maintained and kept for the previous 3 years.
