Permit to Propagate Wildlife

- (a) No person shall engage in the propagation of wildlife without a permit from the executive director in accordance with RSA 212:25, I.
- (b) No wildlife shall be propagated unless it has been designated as controlled for these purposes pursuant to Fis 804.05 and a permit has been issued. For the purposes of this provision, a propagator shall not be required to obtain a separate permit to possess.
- (c) The permit shall be valid only for the premises described in the application. The permit shall not be transferable and shall not be assignable.
- (d) A person permitted to possess wildlife as a propagator shall have the wildlife inspected by a veterinarian for disease, general health, and condition at least once each calendar year. This shall not apply to propagators that raise and sell quail, pheasant, or chucker partridge in state and who sell all of their birds by the end of the calendar year.
