Identification Requirements

- (a) Deer and elk held under a propagation permit shall have 2 forms of permanent identification in the form of ear tags or tattoos.
- (b) At least one form of identification shall be a dangle-type ear tag that shall be legible from at least 10 feet away with the naked eye.
