Additional Enclosure Requirements for Wildlife Held by Exhibitors

- (a) Indigenous species that are prohibited for importation and that the department provides to an exhibitor shall be provided seclusion and shade where the wildlife can escape viewing by the public at any time.
- (b) Exhibitors of deer, elk, or moose shall provide an enclosure at least 8 feet high and a minimum of 2,000 square feet per animal and present these wildlife in a natural environmental setting.
